Maggie earned a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel 管理 from the Universidad del Salvador (USAL) and an MBA degree with a double specialization in 市场营销 and Operational 管理 from Universidad de Palermo (UP). She has worked for fifteen years in the hospitality industry in 阿根廷, 乌拉圭和荷兰, gaining extensive experience in luxury services, intercultural relations and teams management. In addition to her corporate experience, Maggie has always had a special interest for education. Florencia studied social anthropology at 布宜诺斯艾利斯 University (UBA, 阿根廷) and is currently finishing her Ph.D in anthropology after winning a doctoral scholarship in 2016. 她的研究, which focuses on public policies around unemployment and their impact on workers’ organizations, was conducted in the province of Jujuy, 在阿根廷北部, where she used to travel and live for a couple of months each year.
